Alex O'Rourke


Alex has nearly 25 years marketing and innovation experience. Multinational experience at Diageo, where she was a qualified trainer of the Diageo Way of Brand Building. SME experience with Camelot ( The National Lottery). Scale-up experience with Fever Tree. Alex has worked in the UK, Europe and Global markets. Alex particularly enjoys marketing capability development, innovation pipeline strategy, brand strategy and creative development. She is a qualified transformational life coach and passionate about coaching, training and developing teams & individuals to unlock their full potential and help them thrive.

Chris Lock


Chris has over 25 years marketing and innovation experience. He gained multinational experience Coca-Cola and Diageo, where he was a qualified trainer of the Diageo Way of Brand Building. SME experience at Camelot (The National Lottery). Start-up and Scale-up experience with Lily’s Kitchen and The Collective. eCommerce SME experience with Feel Unique. He has worked in UK, Europe and Global markets. Passions include marketing capability development, building consumer-driven insight, brand strategy, creative development, brand planning and supercharging collaboration.
